The Tradition Contines
In 1804, San Jirushi, the founding company of
San-J international, was established as a Tamari soy sauce and miso company. For more than 200 years, their brewing master has been passed down through the generations. In 1987, the first Tamari brewery outside of Japan was built in Henrico, Virginia- and San-J International was born. Today, San-J continues the tradition of quality with a variety of premium soy sauces, Asian cooking sauces, salad dressings, soups and rice crackers, available throughout the United States and Canada.
I recently had an opportunity to try these two great soup flavors from San-J.
San-J makes really great products. I really loved how easy this soup was to prepare. It only took me about 5 minutes to prepare this soup. This soup would make a great lunch to take to work or almost anywhere. It fits very easily into your purse or a lunch sack to take on the go. My favorite of the two soups was definitely the White Miso soup. Both of these soups have a very different flavor. Depending on your taste buds, that would determine which of the soups you would like better yourself. The flavor of the Miso soup was a little more subtle to me than that of the Wakame variety. These soups also were packed with flavor. I am a person that loves flavorful food!! I don't really like my food to be bland. These soups were nothing close to bland. I highly recommend you try San-J's White Miso soup.
