FTF accomplishes it mission through meaningful media messaging and skill building classes.
Did you know:
• 24 million children are growing up in homes without their biological fathers.
• Only 30% of divorces are due to infidelity, addiction or abuse, 70% of divorces are due to couples feeling disconnected.
• Couples who manage to devote time specifically to one another at least once a week are markedly more likely to enjoy high-quality relationships and lower divorce rates, compared to couples who do not devote as much couple time to one another.
• Fathers provide unique benefits to their daughters through their active and positive presence from the time of birth all the way through adulthood.

First Things First has many great videos that really make you think about your life and different aspects about the relationships in your life.  These are some links to some REALLY great videos put out by First Things First:

This was my favorite out of all the videos!!

I love this video because it really shows the importance of a father daughter relationship.  I know that it is not possible for everyone, but I know that for those it is possible for it should not be taken for granted and should be made the best.  I always hope to have the best relationship with my own father and I always appreciate the little moments I had as a child with my father.  I love to watch my own husband with my daughter and see those precious little father daughter moments.  My husband just adores our daughter and tries to teach her things she wouldn't learn elsewhere.  I always hope for moments like in this video.  This is such a great example.  I can't say relationships in our home are always like this but it is something I can always hope for.  The first time I watched this video I laughed by the end and to be completely honest the second time I watched it I got all teared up by the end because I pictured my own husband and daughter in this video.

I really like First Things First videos and what they represent!  I have watched all the videos and got something from each and every one of them.  There are so many things I personally have to learn in life and can improve on.  It is always great to find new tools and resources on improving our lives.
