The DocSafe Review and GIVEAWAY

**I received a membership to DocSafe for in order to give an honest review.  No other compensation was received.  My thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.**

A Little About DocSafe:

Traditionally, if you were concerned about protecting your critical documents and information, you were limited to physical storage in your home, safe deposit box or a trusted advisor’s file/safe.  This approach has proven adequate in the past, but the increased speed in which we live today demands a new approach that permits access anytime and anywhere of these documents.

The DocSafe was created by a Florida estate planning attorney and a Wisconsin certified public accountant who recognized the need for this new approach in their practices.  Many of their clients either were snowbirds or retired to Florida, while their adult children remained in a northern state.  Because of this physical separation, they expressed concern about the quality and speed of their medical care should they become disabled. Today, they can confidently use The DocSafe to maintain their critical and most important documents so that their loved ones can help them quickly and efficiently.

Here are 3 great features of The DocSafe:

1. It's pre-organized.  You don't have to spend your valuable time figuring out where or how to organize your documents.
2. It's very easy to use. If you can attach a document to an email, you can upload your documents in The DocSafe.
3. It is not charged based on the amount of storage you use. Rather than have a tiered fee structure based on usage, they simply charge a monthly fee of $5.95 or an annual fee of $49.95. Plus, there are no long-term contracts - you use The DocSafe for as long as you want.

My Review:

The DocSafe is so easy to use.  I was really excited to have the opportunity to review The DocSafe program.  With having so many documents I worry about losing, this was a great way to help me keep those documents safe.  I have been to many symposiums where they have talked about how important it is to have everything in one place in case something happens to you.  They also stress how important it is to plan for your future.  I have been wanting to start planning for my future for a long time.  This has helped motivate me to try and have my things in order. There are so many things you never think about needing info on.  While attending the meetings I learned how important it is to have a list of all the doctors for yourself and children. I also learned that the medications everyone takes are very important in case someone else has to take over.  With having a daughter with special doctors this is very important to me.  I really like that when you are setting up your DocSafe it has you fill in about doctors and medications.  This is something that I feel could be important to everyone.  I have also learned from attending symposiums it is important to know the little things and have them written somewhere.  For example what special things your kids need to go to bed at night, any special tricks on getting your child to take their medicine, or any special tendencies they have. Anyone who would be taking over in event of a disaster would appreciate knowing the little things to make life a little easier.  I would love a place for this on The DocSafe.  I really love the DocSafe setup.  It is very easy to use and has places for things for future planning.  Things like funeral pre-planning, trusts, wills, and Power of Attorney are included.  If you haven't started planning on those specific things yet, you can add them in the future.  I haven't gotten that far into my pre-planning so will have to add to those in the future.  I am excited to be able to use DocSafe an know that my documents are safe and also are at easy access from anywhere I am.  I recommend you check out DocSafe today!
