I LOVE this Stain Bar.  It is what I use all the time on my children's clothes.  My daughter recently had this white shirt that she spilled red punch on.  I went right for my Fels-Naptha bar.

Here is a new bar.  One bar can last me quite a long time as a stain bar.  If I am using it to make Homemade Laundry Detergent I grate up a whole bar.  You can find many recipes to make your own homemade laundry detergent all over the internet but my personal favorite is from the Duggar family.  You can find their recipe here.

When I am using for stains first I just take the bar and dip it in a little bit of water just to moisten it so I can rub it into my fabric.

Next I just rub it really good into the stain, trying to get it into the fibers of the fabric.  Sometimes I need to dip it into the water a couple more times.  Don't rub too much or too hard because you don't want to damage your fabric.

After I have it all rubbed in I just let it set a little while and then I throw it in with the rest of my laundry.  This bar is amazing.  I have been able to get out almost all the stains I have ever tried to use it on.  I have even been able to get set in stains that have been washed and dried out with this bar.  I highly recommend that you try this bar.  They are worth every penny. Find your Fels-Naptha bar here or at your local store.

Here is the shirt after it went through the wash.  Nice and clean and white again.

  1. I've never heard of it, but I think if it treats stains so well, I could definitely use it! I like to resell my children's outgrown clothing on consignment, and they don't take anything with stains. It would be wonderful to have a way to get rid of some more of the stains that my sweet but messy second daughter leaves!
